Mr.Nazir Shad (CEO)

SPE is functioning progressively under visionary guidance of Mr. M. Nazir Shad who sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company based on his excellent educational background as a throughout scholarship holder and over 4 decades of career performance in multinational and nationally reputed companies. He studied Commerce for 3 years at Dacca University, the then East Pakistan under inter-wing Scholarship Scheme. He joined Siemens Pakistan in 1976 and served there for good 18 years in the Power Engineering Group, Islamabad branch. As branch commercial head for power engineering business, he was responsible for contract management and overall commercial performance of the group and had set track record there. During service with Siemens, he was selected to study Management (including Project Management) under USAID Scholarship at the Economics Institute, University of Colorado, Boulder, USA. He had visited Germany in 1987 for a training/information programme His experience includes his assignment as Manager Sales & Marketing in Rastgar Engineering, a leading manufacturer of Automotive parts. During this he got a unique opportunity and experience to work as Coordinator of an international Autoparts Exhibition PAPS 1995 held in Islamabad by the Export Promotion Bureau of Pakistan in association with the autopart manufacturers of Pakistan. He also headed projects/sales department of RIF International with a successful execution of highly reputed projects. During this he visited France for team discussions with Schneider Electric and had an opportunity to visit their switchgear manufacturing facilities.

SPE is fast heading towards acquiring leading role as a national electrical company engaged in the execution of electrical projects and trading business with a global outlook having focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.

Engr. Badar Iqbal (Project Manager)

Mr. Badar lqbal is a young Engineer with B.E. Electrial (Power) and MBA (Project Management) degrees. He has specialization in distribution & protection of Electrical equipment. He has 14  years of field experience of managing and executing electrical projects in Pakistan and abroad. He also acquired assignment and successfully executed works relating to laying of underground medium voltage cables with SEC in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Thus he has valuable working experience on national and international LV/HV projects. He has the honour to work closely with reputed electrical consultants of Pakistan  during which he supervised a high end project involving synchronization of 6 Nos. generators of 1MW each on 11 KV network for Serena Hotel Islamabad on behalf of M/s FND Consultants Karachi which added a new dimension to his technical competence. He supervised execution of electrical works at a fast speed Corona Hospital, first of its kind, in Islamabad on behalf of SEM Engineers Consultants.  Mr. Badar Iqbal also worked as Technical & Application Manager with leading distributors of Schneider Electric, Fuji Electric & Terasaki electrical equipment and has thus achieved comprehensive competence in application & system integration which is so vital for system design and configuration. Thus he possesses prominence in all fields of electrical arena. He has exposure to Cement industry, Food & Beverages, 5-Star Hotels, Telecom Sector, hospitals, hi-rise buildings, Pharmaceutical, Poultry Feed Mills & Farms and others.
